  • Run times vary, depending on the production. The box office can usually give you a reasonable estimate for the particular show you’re seeing. Call the box office at 559-266-9494.

  • At Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater:

There is always a 15-minute intermission.

    At 2nd Space Theatre:

There is normally one 15-minute intermission. However, there are rare instances when a show requires that there be no intermission, or that there be two intermissions. This is stated in the program for the evening.

  • At Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater:

There are appetizers, drinks, and dinner served before each show. At intermission, you can choose you favorite dessert.

    At 2nd Space Theatre:

Soft drinks, bottled water, coffee and desserts are available for purchase at intermission. Alcohol is not served unless a private party has rented the space and procured a license to serve it.

  • We will try to seat you during a scene change or on applause to minimize distractions for the audience and performers, but you may have to wait a while.

  • Depending on the event that evening (company party, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Prom, etc), our patrons generally wear everything from evening wear to cocktail attire to office casual. We wish you to be comfortable but appreciate good grooming.

  • There is a lot of unmetered street parking available in the Tower District, as well as a number of parking lots in which parking is allowed. However, it can get crowded when there are multiple events in the area, so we encourage patrons to arrive in plenty of time for the show.

  • For all performances, photographs, video, audio or any other kind of recording (for example via cell phone or tablet) are strictly prohibited from the time the overture begins until after the artists take their bows. For certain shows, we allow the actors to remain after the show and take posed photos with our guests. Please remember that recording of public performances breaks copyright laws and can be distracting and dangerous to the performers as well as infringing on the enjoyment of your fellow guests. This is also true of cell phone use. Please turn your cell phone all the way off during performances.

*Before the show and at intermission, we encourage you to take pictures of yourself and your group, your meal, the program and poster too (just no photos of the stage, set or actors)! Don’t forget to tag GCP when you post on Socials! If you want to share photos of the show, you can find those on our website and our various social media accounts!

  • Our general rule is that children 5 years of age and under are not admitted unless the show is aimed at children. We have special prices at some performances for children for that very reason. All children need a ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: We love our young audiences and many of our shows are appropriate for children. However, to ensure that all of our audience members have an enjoyable theatre experience, we respectfully ask that parents tend to their children who may cry or be disruptive by taking them out of the venue during a performance.

  • We attach ratings to all our shows. They are based on the current standard of rating movies. Most of our promotional materials note the rating in the description of each show, so it should be easy to find online, in print or at the box office. Click here for an explanation of our rating system.
