The Junior Company of CURTAINS decided to have what they called “Director Appreciation Day” and dress up as some of their favorite directors (or favorite friends in some cases). They planned a party and, with the help of some parents, provided food and drinks to their current Jr. Company directors and other invited friends/past directors during the lunch break of the final rehearsal.
Here are some of the pictures from the day:
Chelsea and Jackie dressed up as current Junior Company director, Emily – glasses, tights and all!
Below, Little Emily decided to go straight to the top and dressed up as Laurie, the Junior Company’s creative director extraodinaire. She even came with a signature hair-clip!
FAMILY PHOTO!!! Mother and Daughter as portrayed by Little Emily, Chelsea and Jackie.
The Seths. Erik has the Seth look completely !
Seeing double: Elena decided to go all out and dress as Dominic. It requires a lot of dedication to wear a wool beanie in the middle of a Fresno summer!
Malloy as Marc was spot on – he loves those Grizzlies!
Connor as Steve, the current Junior choreographer, was a crack up! Lookin’ good, boys!
CURTAINS Jr. Co. Vocal Coach, Shannah was honored by her real-life daughter, Little Emily 2, who even borrowed her mom’s shoes to complete the “Shannah” look!
Brittany came to the event as Camille. The above picture is what you get if you ask to see “A Camille Face”!
Another family photo! Grace and Colby made an appearance as Dorie and husband, Tony. Morgan also made an appearance in the photos…
Maya is so dedicated to playing Heather that she even got a drink from Starbucks in character! Great character-development, Maya!
Various fun from the day…
Thank you, Juniors! We appreciate you too!!
