Good Company Players has added two newly released
Broadway blockbusters to our 40th Anniversary
2013 Season at Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater!
Shrek the Musical, based on the Oscar winning DreamWorks film, brings the hilarious story of everyone’s favorite Ogre to life on stage. In a faraway kingdom turned upside down, things get ugly when an unlikely ogre – not a handsome prince – shows up to rescue a feisty princess. Toss into the mix a donkey who won’t shut up, a villain with a SHORT temper, a cookie with an attitude, and several other fairy tale misfits, and you’re dealing with the kind of mess that requires a real hero. Lucky for us, we have one nearby and his name is Shrek. Shrek the Musical features an exciting all-new score, ogre-sized laughs, and a twisted fairy tale that will leave everyone happy – ever after!
September 19, 2013 – November 10, 2013

IT’S ALIVE!! The New Mel Brooks Musical YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN is a musical re-imagining of the Frankenstein legend based on the comedy masterpiece film of the same name. The story follows the bright, young Dr. Frankenstein (that’s Fronkensteen) as he attempts to complete his grandfather’s masterwork and bring a corpse to life. Together with his oddly shaped and loveable helper Igor (that’s Eye-gor) and his curvaceous lab assistant Inga, Frankenstein succeeds in creating his monster – but not without hilarious complications. We’ll be “Puttin’ on the Ritz” in this monstrously funny new musical!
November 14, 2013 – January 12, 2014
